A2: Delivery depends on the service:

1. 2027 Calendar & Planner (purchased on Etsy):
- After your payment is confirmed, Etsy provides a PDF instruction file as an instant digital download
- The PDF contains Google Drive download links to your calendar & planner files
- Every purchase includes versions for all 12 zodiac signs, so you can use the one that matches your sign, or share the others with family and friends
- Google Drive download links remain active for 14 days after purchase, so please download and save your files promptly

2. Weekly Email Reminders:
- After subscribing, you'll receive an email with a profile setup link
- Once you complete your profile (zodiac sign, birth information, etc.), our system generates reminders tailored to your zodiac energy patterns
- Reminders are delivered every Sunday (or Saturday, depending on your time zone)

Note: If you've previously completed your profile setup with us, the system will automatically use your existing information.

A3: Your calendar & planner purchase includes files for all 12 zodiac signs. To find your sign:

Refer to the birth date ranges listed in your PDF instruction file, or
Visit https://fortune365.biz/check/

Please note that Chinese zodiac signs follow the traditional Chinese calendar, so people born in January or February should check carefully, as their sign may belong to the previous year.

A4: 2027 Calendar & Planner are purchased and paid for directly on Etsy. Etsy handles all payments securely, and the available payment methods (such as major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay) depend on your location and device.

The Free Plan of our Weekly Email Reminders requires no payment. Payment details for Premium Plan A will be announced at launch.

A1: If you haven't received your email within 5 minutes:

• Check your spam/junk/promotions folders
• Verify your email address was entered correctly
• Add admin@fortune365.biz to your safe senders list
• Try using an alternative email address

A2: Your files are not sent by email from us. You can access them through your Etsy account:

- Sign in to Etsy and go to "Purchases and reviews"
- Find your order and click "Download files"
- Open the PDF instruction file and use the Google Drive links inside to download your calendar/ planner.

Etsy may also send a download notification to the email address linked to your Etsy account. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

A3: Download issues may be caused by:
- Expired Google Drive link (links remain active for 14 days after purchase)
- Unstable internet connection
- Insufficient storage on your device

Try using a different device or browser. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please contact us through Etsy Messages and mention your order number.

A4: After signing up, you'll receive an email with a profile setup link, please visit our "Profile Completion" page to provide your zodiac sign, birth information, and other details needed for personalized guidance.

If you need to update your information later, you can access your profile settings at any time through the above link.

Note: Calendar & Planner purchases on Etsy do not require profile setup.

A1: We focus on providing practical protective guidance for days that may require extra attention. This approach keeps calendars and emails concise and actionable. If you see fewer marked days on your calendar or reminders in a week, that's actually good news: it means your zodiac sign has fewer challenging days that period!

A2: Beyond our current offerings, we're developing several exciting new products:

• Email Reminders (Premium Plan A)
• Specialized E-Journals/ Planners
• Personalized Analysis Reports
• Online Chinese Metaphysics Courses

Join our waiting list (click the link here) to be the first to know when these new offerings become available. You'll also receive special early-bird discounts and exclusive content when you sign up.

A1: Both Chinese zodiac and Western astrology are sophisticated systems with thousands of years of history. The Chinese zodiac elements we focus on are similar to Western sun sign columns - they represent just one aspect of much deeper systems. Both offer complementary perspectives on timing and personal energies.

Sometimes you might find Western astrology resonates perfectly with your situation, while other times Chinese zodiac timing provides more relevant insights. Sarah's story on our website illustrates this perfectly - her Virgo horoscope predicted "peak performance" on a day when her Horse zodiac warned about tensions. By being aware of both perspectives, she could prepare appropriately.

We encourage exploring both traditions to discover which insights work best for different aspects of your life. Many of our subscribers find this complementary approach helps them navigate daily decisions with greater confidence and awareness.

A2: Chinese zodiac is typically determined by your lunar birth year. However, since the lunar new year (Li Chun, usually in early February) differs from the Western calendar new year, your zodiac may differ from the general calculation by Western calendar year if you were born in late January or early February.

Visit our "Check" page to see exact zodiac transition times or use our zodiac lookup tool.

A3: Like weather forecasts, zodiac energy predictions provide general guidance and cannot be 100% accurate. The zodiac sign is just one of many factors influencing our lives.

Additionally, the predictions you receive are based only on your birth year (similar to sun signs in Western astrology), while complete Chinese metaphysics considers many more details including birth hour and month.

Our service is meant as a practical reference to help you better understand energy flows, not as deterministic prophecy.

A4: Zodiac relationships are multi-layered. For example:

• Tiger and Pig may have a harmonious Six Harmony relationship, but experience conflicts in Break relationships
• Snake and Monkey also share a Six Harmony bond, but may face challenges through Punishment relationships

These dual energies reflect the complexity of real-life relationships, where even the closest connections have friction and challenges. Our reminders point out these subtle energy shifts to help you prepare more comprehensively.

A1: Calendars purchased on Etsy follow Etsy's policies and our Etsy shop policy. As these are digital downloads, they are generally not eligible for returns or refunds once purchased. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us through Etsy Messages and we'll be happy to help.

The Free Plan of our Weekly Email Reminders involves no payment. Refund terms for Premium Plan A will be provided at launch.
